Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All sales of customized or personalized products are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available for these items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at hibridesblog@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees – Non-Refundable
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.
This includes all standard and expedited shipping services. Once the carrier has been engaged and the shipment has left our facility, the shipping cost is considered fulfilled and cannot be reimbursed, as these charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier.
If a refund is approved for the product itself, the original shipping fee will not be included in the refunded amount.
For orders placed with upgraded or expedited shipping options (such as Super Fast Delivery), the additional shipping fee is also non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
